Former minister DK Shivakumar today decided that the house, jail, or ED custody is a decision. Shivakumar was produced before the court today afternoon as the ED custody period ends.
In court proceedings, which began this afternoon, DK lawyers appealed for an interim bail because of a health problem. The judge did not respond to the appeal and refused to grant bail to DK Shivakumar. Meanwhile, DK Shivakumar has requested our custody for another five days for further inquiries. Thus, DK Shivakumar was remanded in judicial custody till September 17 for further proceedings instead of five days.
What was the argument before the order?
