Karnataka has the lowest unemployment problem in the country
It is well known that the unemployment problem is escalating in India. But Karnataka is reported to have the lowest unemployment rate in the country. The main reason for this is Bangalore growing as an IT hub.
Bangalore, the state capital, has succeeded in creating the largest number of jobs, reducing the unemployment problem in the state. The unemployment problem in Karnataka has declined by 0.7%, the Indian Economic Surveillance Center reported. Karnataka is the only state to see a decline in the unemployment problem for a few months. The increasing demand in the IT sector has spurred job creation. Silicon City Bangalore is one of the most IT and BT companies in the country and has provided employment to around one million young people in the IT sector.
QS Corp.'s Workspace Management Chairman Lohit Bhatia said that Karnataka's service sector, manufacturing sector, IT, BT centers, technology education system, etc. all play a significant role in job creation.
Among the states that have seen a decline in the unemployment problem, Karnataka also saw a decline of 3.7% in August 2017, when the unemployment rate reached 12.4%. Similarly, Meghalaya (1.6%), Sikkim (2.1%) and Telangana (2.4%) saw a decline in the unemployment problem.
AutoMobile Field hit Haryana State
Due to the auto sector, Haryana is the most unemployed in the country. About 28.7% unemployment has hit Haryana. Many jobs were created in the region by companies like Maruti Suzuki and Hero MotoCorp. Reports have suggested, however, that the collapsed automobile sector has destroyed more than one crore jobs in Haryana. Besides Haryana, the highest target areas for unemployment are Tripura (27.9%), Jammu and Kashmir (22.4%) and Himachal Pradesh (19.2%).
