jio Fiber Launch :

With just a few hours to go, Reliance Jio will make its first foray into the internet broadband sector on Thursday (Sept. 05). Reliance chief Mukesh Ambani made the announcement at the annual general meeting last month.

Accordingly, the first phase of broadband service will commence in around 1600 towns/cities. There are still a few hours left to start this new service, but many things are still unclear.

What plans does the company have about jio Fiber? Here's a glimpse of it.

jio Fiber Plans: It is not yet clear which of these service plans will be launched tomorrow. The company said that Internet speeds ranging from 100Mbps to 1Gbps will start at Rs 700 and go up to Rs 10,000. The matter will be clear on Thursday.

jio Fiber Installation and Equipment Pricing: The company does not give any information on how much subscribers pay for the fiber service installation. But it is possible to take a refundable security deposit and offer free installation. That being said, users can get the router at an affordable price of around Rs 1 thousand. 

Also, Jio has announced the launch of a free landline home phone service, a free Jio TV and Jio Cinema service, and a jio Setup Box service.
